Refund Policy

SAP Hunt (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality referral-based recruitment services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services rendered.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 business days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment, unless a different arrangement has been mutually agreed upon.


  • We are committed to ensuring that refunds are never delayed beyond the timelines stated above.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If SAP Hunt fails to initiate recruitment services within the agreed timeframe.
  • Duplicate  Payments: If a client is charged more than once for the same service.
  • Candidate Withdrawal: If a referred candidate withdraws from the hiring process      before final placement and the client has prepaid for the service.
  • Service Cancellation: If the client cancels the recruitment engagement before      candidate shortlisting begins.
